LOHI — Love beets? Stir Cooking School will host BEET IT: Beet Cookery and Michael Jackson Jams on Thursday, August 27. Guests will get to jam out to MJ as they learn how to cook spiced beet dip with goat cheese and hazelnuts, rigatoni with roasted chicken, golden beets, beet greens, pecorino, almond, orange, and Chioggia beets, and more. In addition to the concert, there will be live glassblowing, body painting, fire dancers, live visual art and a live photo shoot to capture all of the fun.
