The Denver Biscuit Company, a homegrown eatery that focuses on breakfast and brunch with a Southern twist, will launch a new outpost at the Stanley. The market hall concept will open its doors in Aurora early next year and will also feature new locations of Comida, Good Bird Kitchen, and Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen, among other tenants.

So far, the Denver Biscuit Company has been accompanied at three existing locations by sister pizza eatery Fat Sully's. The dual-concept has grown from its original spot of East Colfax to South Broadway and Tennyson Street under the name Atomic Cowboy. At the Stanley, owner Drew Shader is only bringing his breakfast sandwiches and biscuit entrees and not the pizza. Fret not though, a full beverage menu, complete with beer and cocktails, plus coffee of course, will be offered.
