Stowaway Coffee + Kitchen Will Open in RiNo

Stowaway Coffee and Kitchen, a new coffee shop and eatery, will open at 2528 Walnut Street, Business Den reported. Husband and wife team Amy Cohen and Hayden Barnie are behind the Japanese and Australian-inspired spot that will offer not only coffee but also a fun food menu.

Guests can expect dishes like a tomato chutney with toasted cheese bread ("cheese toastie" in Australia); salt and vinegar root hash; and shakshuka, a Middle Eastern dish where eggs are cooked in a ragu-like sauce. Coffee beans will be sourced from Boxcar Coffee Roasters.

Cohen and Barnie hope to have the new cafe that will serve breakfast and lunch open in September.
