Free Oysters, Live Music in Beaver Creek, 2-For-1 Beer with Rockies Tickets

And a three-course summer nights menu at Zengo.

ALL LOCATIONSJax Fish House will celebrate National Oyster Day on Wednesday, August 5, by dishing out 100 1/2 dozen fresh shucked oysters, for free! Doors will open at 4 p.m. along with beginning of this shellfish deal, and will continue while supplies last. This deal will be happening at all of the Jax Fish House locations around the region.

DOWNTOWN — The Rockies play the Mariners at home for the final game in the series and those with tickets are in for a deal. After all Rockies home games, ticket holders can continue the fun across the street at the Tavern Downtown by showing their tickets to get a buy-one-get on any draft beer. Only same day tickets are valid and can be used after the 7th inning.

BEAVER CREEK — Experience American Roots Music with a Rocky Mountain backdrop every Wednesday night in Beaver Creek. This week’s free concert features Matt Hires playing at the west end of Beaver Creek Village. Gates to the concert space open at 5 p.m. with live music starting at 6 p.m. and continuing to 7:15 p.m. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs and well-behaved dogs on leashes are more than welcome.

LOHIZengo now offers a 3-course Summer Nights Menu every Monday through Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m. This $35 meal includes a choice of one bottle of wine or sake per couple, an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Some of the menu highlights include the ‘Angry Zengo,’ a spicy yellow-fin tuna, avocado, cucumber, green onion, sesame, wasabi tobikko and chipotle, and a spanish skirt steak with wok tossed peppers, onion, yucca fries and a lemongrass sauce and chimichurri.
