Tycoon Ramen & Sushi Bar Coming to Colfax

The once particularly gritty stretch of Colfax between Logan and Grant is cleaning up and turning a new leaf. With the recent additions of Sassafras American Eatery and Fork & Spoon, and the newly announced Tycoon Ramen & Sushi Bar, the new establishments will surely bring fresh life to the stretch of Colfax. Tycoon will replace Emilio's Mexican Restaurant, which shuttered in February.

Denver's ramen craze is going strong, with two brand new locations of Osaka Ramen already this summer, as well as the relatively new Tengu in the Industry building in RiNo. Tycoon will provide an option for ramen-crazed Denverites in Capitol Hill.
