Palate Food + Wine Bar Starts Pouring Over 150 Wines by the Glass

New lounge-restaurant opened quietly in the suburbs.

Palate Food + Wine

In the last few weeks, Palate Food + Wine Bar softly settled into its space located at 5375 Landmark Place. Joining Pizza RepublicaJing, and others at The Landmark in Greenwood Village, Palate was conceived by wine enthusiasts Vivek and Sanju Beri. The duo chose to bring their venture to the Landmark because of the sense of community as well as the established culture of entertainment.

Using Napa Technology, which eliminates oxidation to preserve the freshness of each variety, the new wine bar serves more than 150 wines by the glass, ranging in price from $7 to $80 and coming from all over the world. Drinkers can choose from a sip at 1.5 ounces., a 3-ounce pour, or a full glass of 6 ounces. Happy Hour runs from Sunday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., featuring half-off cocktails, Proseccos, Moscatos, and Brachettos.

Palate features a socially-focused food menu that will rotate sporadically. Charcuterie and cheese boards pair nicely with any glass of wine. Heartier options include the Colorado classic lamb sliders or the ribs.
