IN BLOOM BEER DINNER
When: Wednesday, September 2 starting at 7 p.m.
Where: BRU, 5290 Arapahoe, Boulder, CO
What: Having collaborated on the In Bloom art exhibit and Bloom Bru beer, the Denver Art Museum and BRU have decided to host an In Bloom Beer Dinner. The menu will include artfully designed dishes like Blue Crab Toast with chamomile lemon creme friache, scallion and parsley paired with 3 B's ESB and the Passion Flower Scented Boulliabaisse with mussels, clams, shrimp, fish, tomato, fennel, fingerling potatoes, and olive oil red pepper rouille paired with DAM's Bloom Bru.

GOURMET ON THE GORE
When: Friday, September 4 through Monday, September 7
Where: Vail Village, various locations
What: Gourmet on Gore is a unique culinary festival that includes a weekend full of open-air tastings of cuisine created by the top chefs in Vail all paired with wine, beer, and spirits. The event has free admission to events like yoga on the lawn, tastings throughout Vail Village, a kid's culinary corner and more. $75 tickets can be purchased for the tasting on Friday, September 4 for guests interested in getting a guided tour throughout the Vail restaurant scene.

ILLEGAL PETE'S 20TH ANNIVERSARY PARTY
When: Sunday, September 6
Where: Red Rocks Amphitheater
What: Colorado's favorite burrito chain (sorry Chipotle) will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a bang, at Red Rocks Amphitheater the day before Labor Day. Starting at 7 p.m. wild country-punk band Lucero followed by indie rock band Built to Spill will take the stage for anyone with a $35 ticket.

ARTADI WINE DINNER AT ACORN
When: Tuesday, September 8 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Acorn, 3350 Brighton Boulevard
What:  Join wine maker Carlos Lopez de LaCalle, a fifth generation wine maker from Artadi, as he presents his family wines. Five wines will be served alongside dishes prepared by the chefs at Acorn.

FOOD FIGHT
When: Thursday, September 10
Where: BAC Appliance Center, 1880 W Oxford Ave, Englewood, CO
What: Interested in getting a little messy in the kitchen? The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Scleroderma Foundation will host and benefit from Food Fight; an exciting food battle between Denver's top chefs. There will be a live and silent auction, chef Ian Klienman from The Inventing Room for VIP guests, and Mark Koebrich of 9News as the emcee.
More info, tickets, reservations: General admission tickets are $95 and permit bite and booze samples from all chefs in each meal category. VIP tickets are $150 and permits guests early access to the event to mingle with celebrity sous chefs and judges, along with a gift bag. Tickets can be purchased online.

MOONBEAN HARVEST
When: Thursday, September 10 from 6 to 9 p.m.
Where: Historic Clayton Campus, 3801 Martin Luther King Boulevard
What: For the third year, Clayton Early Learning will work to cultivate the future by gathering some of the most respected chefs from the Denver area to create an evening of culinary delights for friends of the institution. The chefs, including Clint Wangsnes of The Chop Shop and Cade Beerman of West End Tavern, will make seasonal dishes that highlight the fruits and vegetables grown in the Clayton gardens.

RICK TRAMANTO DINNER AT PANZANO
When: Thursday, September 10 at 6 p.m.
Where: Panzano, 909 17th Street, Denver, CO 80202
What: The Panzano team will host a special four-course dinner honoring Chicago's James Beard award-winning chef Rick Tramanto. Chef Tramanto will be on hand for a cocktail meet and greet in the Hotel Monaco lobby starting at 6 p.m., followed by a four-course meal prepared by Panzano executive chef, Elise Wiggins. The meal will be crafted with inspiration from Tramanto's books, Amuse Bouche and Steak With Friends, along with each guest receiving a signed copy. Wine and cocktail pairings will accompany each course.

CANNABIS HARVEST AND BLACKBELLY DINNER
When: Thursday, September 10 - 6:30 p.m.
Where: Shupe Homestead 11931 N 61st Street, Longmont, CO
What: Headquarters Cannabis Company will partner with chef Hosea Rosenberg and the team at Blackbelly Market to host a 4-course Harvest Dinner complete with cannabis and cocktail pairings. With transportation provided by shuttles to and from Boulder and Denver, guests will enjoy different strains of bud and a locally-produced meal in the historical homestead.

ROAD TO GABF DINNER AT EUCLID HALL
When: Thursday, September 10 at 7 p.m.
Where: Euclid Hall, 1317 14th Street, Denver, CO
What: In preparation for the Great American Beer Festival, Euclid hall will host a craft beer dinner from Dogfish Head on Thursday, September 10. Dinner will have a menu crafted to pair with a particular brewery and a brewery expert on hand to discuss the beers.

4th ANNUAL FISH TO FARM DINNER
When: Sunday, September 20
Where: Isabelle Farm, 1640 Baseline Road, Lafayette, CO
What: Jax Fish House Boulder will cater this dinner held at Isabelle Farm in beautiful Lafayette, Colorado. Ticket sales will benefit the GROWE Foundation.

GREG HOZINSKY DINNER AT TAG
When: Tuesday, September 22 - 6 p.m. reception, 6:30 p.m. dinner
Where: TAG, 1441 Larimer Street, Denver, CO
What: Executive Chef Greg Hozinsky of The Strand House Manhattan Beach has come to the Mile High City to join forces with chef Troy Guard to prepare a special 5-course dinner. Wine will be paired and poured by Nate Slingsby of famed French importer, Robert Kacher.
