The Best in Town News: More than one reviewer claims Dos Santos' tacos as the best they've ever had, period. "Best Taco I've Had in Denver. That's bold statement, I know, but I am sticking to it. I've been crushing the Marg/Taco scene in Denver for a long time and these guys are highly legit. The two brothers are on site hustling and making sure everything is on point, and it is. I've lived on 17th for 8 years, and seen restaurants come and go. Dos Santos is going to kill it and I look forward to hanging there more often." [Google+]

The Rave Review News: One reviewer was so impressed with her meal at Dos Santos she calls it one of the best she's ever had. She gushes: "Dos Santos served us one of the best meals I've EVER eaten!! Everything is fresh, cooked to order, and absolutely DELICIOUS!! Don't miss the margs, fruit & bacon guac, roasted corn with habanero aioli, tacos or caramel corn flan!!" [Facebook]

The Logistical News: Amongst the throngs of five star Yelp reviews, one three star review points out a logistical issue when eating at Dos Santos, but the reviewer left happy in the end regardless. "I decided to order the special for the night which was the tuna tostada. When our food arrived, the tacos and my tostada were piled HIGH with all of our toppings. It made it very difficult to consume the meal without making a giant mess. My tostada broke completely in half as soon as I took my first bite and I ended up finishing my 'tostada' with a fork. The tuna that was on my tostada was absolutely amazing. It was so well cooked that it ended up making the cracked tostada experience a non-issue. Absolutely delicious!" [Yelp]

The Beautiful Simplicity News: One reviewer appreciates the simplicity of a small menu and well done food. "They are a taco place, simple menu - but everything was amazing. Too often, restaurants try to be everything to everyone. They do tacos, and do them great. They offered a few specials, the seared tuna taco was one of the most delicious items I have ever had - enjoyed every bite." [TripAdvisor]

The Small But Stacked News: Yet another reviewer gushes about the food at Dos Santos. "Nothing but good things to say. Started with guak (pumpkin seed, nopal, & roasted tomatillos) which was delicious.... The other guak flavors looked bomb too. The tacos are small but they are STACKED - got the Del Mar (w/ fish) and the Arrachera tacos... Absolutely loved both, especially the former." [Zomato]

The Fresh News: 5280's concise description of the Uptown taqueria alludes to the fresh quality of the food and the inspired ingredients. "Two brothers (who own restaurants in Cozumel, Mexico) are behind this fresh, Yucatecan-inspired taqueria. The menu features light, seafood-centric dishes like aguachiles and a green taco made with butter lettuce, raw tuna, fried leeks, and poppy seeds." [5280]
