There is no confirmation yet of what the concept will be.

The space that housed Glaze, the Japanese-inspired bakery that closed on September 3, may soon become the next project from chef Jeff Osaka. When contacted about the space, Osaka's business partner, Ken Wolf, declined to comment on plans for the Congress Park space, but a reliable tipster shared that the deal is done. The 2,100 square foot interior that had a minimalist Japanese decor in its previous life would seem fit for another Asian-inspired concept, but that may not be the direction it goes in.

Earlier this month, Osaka stirred up a great conversation on his Facebook page where he asked his friends and followers what Denver is lacking in restaurant concepts. Over 100 comments later, the responses ranged from Roman-style pizza to Turkish food, Indian food, Jewish delis, and true Michelin star-worthy restaurants.

What do you think Congress Park needs?
