BOULDER — Tonight, Frasca Food and Wine features Italian wine producer Giovanni Pasquero Elia of the winery Paitin. The team will pour Arneis, single vineyard Barbera, and Barbaresco. LOHI — 135 chefs in 135 cities are competing in the Hometown Breakfast Battle, including Denver's own Matt Selby of Central Bistro and Bar. Those interested in the competition can check out the submissions and vote for their favorite online. Selby entered a smoked brisket creation served on Thomas' English Muffin.
