LOHI — On Saturday, September 19, Stir Cooking School is inviting those interested in learning to cook to A Night in Local Hawaii, a hands on class focused on the cuisine of the islands. The class, which starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $75, features a menu that includes lau lau (pork wrapped in taro leaf), locomoco (hamburger over rice with a sunny side egg and caramelized onion), and spam musubi, among others.
