Oskar Blues will break into the Mile High City dining scene when it brings CHUBurger to RiNo next year. With handcrafted burgers, an extensive beer selection, and live local music, the casual eatery will open in a 3,700 square foot space at 35th and Larimer. An outdoor burger and beer garden will be part of the attraction.
CHUBurger prides itself in using only high quality, Hops & Heifers Farm-approved, 100 percent Angus beef in its burgers. The Oskar Blues farm, Hop & Heifers, partners with Meyer Natural Angus to provide premium beef free of antibiotics and hormones that is grass-fed using spent grain.
A variety of fun and creative burgers will be on the menu at the new RiNo spot from the BUFFburger made with fresh all-natural local bison to the OMEGAburger featuring wild Coho salmon with Greek yogurt tartar sauce, and the BERKburger with a Hops & Heifers raised heritage Berkshire pork patty topped with blue cheese, butter and bacon.
When it launches in 2016, CHUBurger RiNo will be open seven days a week from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. If you want to sample the creations in the meantime, head to the original Longmont location or visit the spot inside Coors Field.
