Ototo, sister restaurant to Sushi Den and Izakaya Den, is making a comeback in super soft opening mode starting this weekend. After a four year hiatus, the space located at 1501 South Pearl Street has been transformed into a cozy, contemporary dining room accented by rich woods, exposed brick, large windows providing natural light, and delicate Japanese design elements.
A signature raw bar and sashimi, robata grilled with bincho-tan charcoal small plates, and egg ramen noodles are the highlight of the food menu available above, which is subject to change.
Beginning this weekend, Ototo is accepting limited reservations Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. Parties up to 6 people can reserve tables by calling 303.733.2503.
