Chef and French native Alain Veratti, who runs two Crepes 'n Crepes eateries, as well as a successful school lunch business, quietly launched Bistro Provençal in Riverfront Park last week. Located in a spot that also houses places like Zengo, La Biblioteca, and Ink Coffee, the new casual eatery brings dining diversity to the area.
The menu features classics that range from salade Niçoise to quiches and several Provençal specialties. Dessert is must. And fear not, it would not be a Veratti restaurant without crepes.
Bistro Provençal is open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch and Tuesday through Sunday for dinner.
