North Carolina-born Brixx Wood Fired Pizza will open a location at 8351 East Northfield Boulevard, Westword reported. The fast casual pizzeria that will join the Northfield Stapleton development focuses on brick-oven pizza and house-made focaccia. When it opens, it will serve from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Saturday and until 11 p.m. on Sundays.
In other exciting albeit still chain restaurant news, Torchy's Tacos will launch a location at Northfield later this year and Punch Bowl Social will brings its booze, games, and food to Stapleton too.
