Cherry Creek's upcoming hotel, Halcyon, has added another restaurant to its line-up: Quality Italian. The eatery, which will open this summer at 245 Columbine Street, brings "a contemporary steakhouse experience that speaks to current dining tastes, but remains rooted in traditional hospitality," founder Michael Stillman shared. Guests should expect a menu of modern day adaptations of traditional Italian-American steakhouse fare.

With the announcement of the Denver outpost, Stillman, president of the Fourth Wall Restaurants, shared the renaming of his restaurant group to Quality Branded. His restaurant empire includes Quality Meats NYC, Quality Meats Miami, Quality Italian, Park Avenue Winter (Spring/Summer/Autumn), Maloney & Porcelli, Smith & Wollensky, and the recently opened Quality Eats in New York's West Village.

The other restaurant opening inside the new hotel is PDX-born Departure, a pan-Asian eatery helmed by rock star chef Gregory Gourdet.
