A second location of Corvus Coffee will open at the Belleview Station development later this year, Business Den reported. The five year old roastery and coffee shop owned by Phil Goodlaxson will launch a cafe in a 1,400-square-foot space in which the business plans to invest $200,000.
This second location will specialize in cold-brew coffee, featuring flights of different cold brews and rotating flavors. The machines for this process alone cost $3,000.
Late last year, the Belleview Station development welcomed a location of Los Chingones, the modern taqueria helmed by chef Troy Guard. More carefully selected retailers will be added to the mix.
