BALLPARK — Cook's Street School of Culinary Arts is inviting guests to learn about the street food of India with a cooking class on Saturday, January 23 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Attendants will learn to make a selection of items using traditional Indian ingredients and methods then will enjoy the meal they prepared along with drinks to pair. LONGMONT — Oskar Blues Brewery grew by 30 percent in year-over-year sales, the company shared. The Longmont darling is the first craft brewery in the country to brew and hand-can its beers. The big numbers in 2015 come from both the East and West brewery locations in North Carolina and Colorado.
BOULDER — Basta will be closed from January 24 to February 1. Chef Kelly Whitaker and his team will travel to Los Angeles on a culinary mission. The goal of the Boulder contingent is to meet with, dine with, and cook with well-respected industry peers who set the dining trends in California. Basta will resume regular hours on February 2.
