LODO — The popular Hopdoddy Burger Bar is bringing the poutine in a bun back. The item is a play on the Canadian classic, born in the highway diner culture of the 50's and now a gastropub favorite. Hopdoddy has taken poutine and transformed it into a burger like so: house-cut, triple-blanched Kennebec fries smothered in gravy, topped with Tillamook cheddar cheese and caramelized onions, placed atop an all-natural beef patty and the "cherry on top" is a sunny side up egg. It will be available until February 7.
