Little Man Ice Cream Grows with New Locations in 2016

At least two, and likely three, outposts will come this year.

When you have a constant line outside your door as Little Man Ice Cream does in LoHi, growing the business just makes sense. In a recent Facebook post, the LoHi darling announced the addition of two new locations in the Denver metro area. Those spots are in Congress Park and right around the Sloan's Lake redevelopment.

Sometime after the end of this month, Little Man Ice Cream will replace the Daily Scoop at 12th and Madison. The twelve year old neighborhood ice cream joint, which shuttered on Christmas Eve, did not go out exactly quietly. A note left on the door shared details of how the owners found out of their replacement and the fact that their lease was not to be renewed.

Another Little Man outpost will be located at 4409 West Colfax, right at Tennyson, just south of Sloan's Lake and two blocks away from the redevelopment of the former Saint Anthony Hospital site. In a 6,300 square foot building it has purchased, Little Man Ice Cream will house its production facility and a tasting room. The neighboring area will welcome a second location of Highland Tap & Burger (which will drop the Highland for this outpost) an Seedstock Brewery (at 3610 West Colfax), among others.

Source tell Eater that Little Man will also go east with a location in Stapleton in Eastbridge development (above) that will also house an outpost of the Kitchen Next Door, a third location of Los Chingones plus a breakfast eatery from chef Troy Guard, and a restaurant from Lon Symensma who is behind ChoLon and Cho77. Stay tuned as we confirm details and timing.
