If you were planning on a Tex-Mex taco feast at the opening of Torchy's Tacos Denver on January 12, take that off your calendar. The Austin-born sensation pushed back (again) its Colorado launch, now set for February 1.
When it happens, the the casual eatery located at 1085 Broadway on the site of a former Arby's, will bring a wide range of choices from migas to several other breakfast tacos to the "trailer park" taco loaded with fried chicken, green chiles, lettuce, pico, and cheese.
