A new location of the beloved ice cream place is in the works.

Sweet Cow, the beloved Louisville-born ice cream sensation, will open a location in Wash Park at 1882 South Pearl Street. The space was formerly a gift shop located next to the now shuttered Bin 1884.

The mini ice cream empire owned by Drew Honess has five locations and another one planned for later this year as part of the Stanley Marketplace development.

This is not the only local ice cream maker with plans for growth in 2016: Little Man Ice Cream is working on some three additional locations coming to Congress Park, Sloan's Lake, and Stapleton.
