The Third Comida Cantina Launches at the Stanley Marketplace

This is the first restaurant to open its doors at the Aurora market hall

Owner Rayme Rossello was glowing early this week hosting soft openings for the third outpost of her modern Mexican cantina. On Wednesday, Comida at the Stanley Marketplace opened its doors to the public, marking the first restaurant opening at the anticipated business collective located at 2501 Dallas Street.

Comida got its start in 2010 as a bright pink taco truck that made appearances at office parks, fairs, and other events. In 2012, a brick and mortar followed in a new community in Longmont. Three years ago, Rossello expanded to Denver with the location inside the Source. She keeps mum about the possibility of growing the business more but is open to the idea.

The menu served at this third outpost is the same, from the amazing margaritas to the addicting bacon griddled tacos. At the Stanley, Comida's look, which was achieved with design help from Xan Creative, follows the fuchsia-heavy vibe that the other two locations have, but it also departs in some way, giving this space a unique identity.
