Hinman's Bakery, previously a wholesale only operation, is now open to the public. Located at 4850 East 39th Street, the operation is in full holiday mode offering two types of Buche de Noel, a red velvet, and chocolate. A partnership with Laws Whiskey House, brings the "Lawless" bourbon pecan pie, a Laws bourbon caramel sauce, plus whiskey ball cookies. The offerings also include holiday breads, cookies pies, and more. Additional information is available online.

A two year old business in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood, Aspen Juice Bar closed its doors, at least for now, BusinessDen reported. A message on the business located at 231 Milwaukee Street says it has "been asked by the regulating authorities to cease production and sales of unpasteurized juices until regulatory guidelines have been verified."

Quiznos Grill, the upper-end version of the sandwich chain that launched early in 2016, is no more. The company replaced the concept located at 1147 Broadway with Zeps Epiq Sandwiches, a casual sandwich operation that carried on its menu some of the items featured in the "Grill" part of Quiznos.
