Looking back on 2016, restaurant and bar-wise, there is a lot to be thankful for. Fun and interesting spots kept launching each month through the year bringing everything from tacos to sushi and old-time favorites, farmers markets, pop-ups, and bars pushed the envelope more and more.
There were so many new restaurants that it is hard to pin-point to the best of the best and reasonable minds disagree on who takes the cake for "the" most influential new place this year. From LoDo to Boulder, RiNo to Cherry Creek, incredible new openings have planted serious flags in our dining scene. So here now, presented very unofficially, is the Eater Denver's team's individual rankings of the ten Best New Restaurants of 2016.
