Two year old RT's, a sandwich shop that has operated at 988 Lincoln, has closed its doors. The business replaced Drew's Deli, a sandwich shop that also lasted two years on the high traffic street. There's no word on who will take that space over.
In the City Park area, Rainy Day Café opened its doors at 2331 28th Avenue. The small shop, which takes up some 170 square feet inside a 600 square feet of space that is a the Du Jour Hair Salon, is owned by husband and wife team Lauren and Wayne Harvey, as BusinessDen reported. The duo serves a variety of coffee drinks made with locally roasted beans from Copper Door Coffee Roasters as well as pastries.
The Breckenridge Brewery Mountain House is the latest addition to the dining and drinking options at the Pepsi Center on the entry level, replacing Shock Top Lodge. The space, which got a serious makeover, is huge - 10,000 square feet with seating for some 350 guests just inside plus more on the patio, whether permitting.
