Josh and Jodi Niernberg, Bin 707 Foodbar owners, will open Taco Party and Dinner Party, two new ventures in early 2017. Set in Downtown Grand Junction, the side by side 50 seat each restaurants are very different concepts not just from one another, but also from the original venture Bin707.

A quick service taco shop, Taco Party is committed to responsible sourcing. Despite the downtown LA vibe, the menu will be all Colorado celebrating the state’s southwestern and mountain roots. The menu will include a changing selection of appetizers, salads, daily taco specials and seasonal soft serve ice cream. Wine, beer, and batched cocktails on tap will complement the offerings.

Dinner Party is planned as a special event dining room designed to be a multi-use space in which to showcase the best of Colorado’s culinary world. The Nierbergs plan to host weekly events such as collaboration chef dinners with featured chefs, purveyors, and artisans from around the country. The space will also serve as the next generation of the West Slope Supper Club- a pop up dinner party concept formed by the Niernbergs and partner Robin Brown, that promotes the Grand Valley’s incredible agritourism industry. Wine tastings and First Friday Art Shows will be hosted in the space that will also serve as an incubator space try out menu ideas for Taco Party.
