What was once the second outpost of Biker Jim's in Highland Ranch will become Tava Kitchen's first Colorado location. The fast casual eatery taps into the South Asian culinary tradition and brings bold flavors and dishes from that region in an approachable and easy setting.
The company, which got its start in North California where there are three locations, was founded by a trio of college friends with a dream of bringing the flavors they loved to diners in NorCal and now Colorado. Duke graduates, the trio each went on to work in consulting and finance and learned a lot about what it takes to run some of the world's greatest businesses. When the time was right, they quit their high-paying jobs to do something they loved: making other people happy through the magic of food. The company CEO, Jeremy Morgan, lives here in Denver.
Tava Kitchen will serve lunch and dinner daily when it launches in February.
