Peyton Manning Mural at Monkey Barrel Gets Its Trophy

When the Broncos rocked their 2013 season and then the post-season making it all the way to the Super Bowl, a giant mural was erected on the side of the Monkey Barrel. The Denver team lost to the Seahawks that year but the graphic tribute to Peyton Manning remained standing. After the exhilarating Super Bowl victory on Sunday, street artist Gamma added in the final touch to the work of art: a Vince Lombardi Trophy, 9News reported.

A Denver native is also behind the mural of DeMarcus Ware as The Hulk on the side of a building at East Colfax Avenue and Williams Street.
