Get ready for all-American burgers and hand-dipped milkshakes to touch down in Englewood in the form of Wayback Burgers, a Connecticut born fast-casual concept. The burger joint will open its first Colorado iteration at 5098 S Federal Blvd. sometime this summer.
The new location will serve the same signature burgers as its burger brethren on the East Coast - cooked to order and available as a single, double, triple and triple triple (that's nine patties, ahem). Other options include chicken sandwiches, veggie patties or turkey burgers, along with a variety of sides, and of course, milkshakes.
The Wayback Burgers of Englewood will be set in a 1,500 square-foot space, designed in the Americana roadside burger joint style with red barn interior and white and stainless steel accents. The flagship Colorado franchise will be owned and operated by local franchisee, Darrell Gobble. Stay tuned for updates on the upcoming spot as the opening date gets closer.
