Coming to Denver soon on the prolific lineup of restaurant openings is Crafty Fox Taphouse + Pizzeria, located at 3901 Fox St. by the new Gold Line light rail station, which will be operational in the spring. There have been some recent changes within the ownership unit behind Crafty Fox, as well as some exciting opening detail updates.
The 6,000 square-foot, two-story restaurant has added plans for 60 taps, rather than a mere 40, as well as a custom handle beer tower. The taps will be color-coded with the Colorado map images on the walls, providing drinkers a visual representation of where the beer they are drinking is brewed. The proposed food menu has undergone some upgrades as well - Jensen Cummings of Brewed Food was invited to the team to consult on all things culinary.
Stay tuned for updates.
