Brixx Wood Fired Pizza, a chain pie shop with locations in eight other states has made its debut in Colorado with a first outpost in Stapleton. From its 3,950-square-foot space set at 8351 E. Northfield Boulevard, Brixx offers pizzas topped with a variety of ingredients cooked in a wood burning oven, as well as salads, pastas, and sandwiches. The drink menu includes some 20 craft beers on tap, 19 wines by the glass and cocktails.
Catering to all needs, Brixx offers vegan and gluten free options. The traditional and whole wheat doughs are made with turbinado sugar and are 100 percent vegan. Vegan cheese is available at no extra cost. There is also gluten-free dough and gluten-free bottled beer.
The pizzeria is open 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to midnight on Sunday. The Stapleton location will be joined by a second one in the Orchard Park area of Westminster later this summer.
