LYFE Kitchen, a "fresh casual" concept that opened its doors in Boulder in October 2015, has shuttered. The shop located at 1600 Pearl Street brought a health-forward menu created by chefs Art Smith, Tal Ronnen, and Jeremy Bringardner. And even though there were plenty of options for everyone's dietary choices from paleo and gluten-free to vegetarian, vegan, and flexitarian, it appears that Boulder didn't buy it.
The California-born mini-chain eatery, which has locations in California and Chicago, is still operating its Park Meadows outpost.
