Pizzeria Locale, a partnership between restaurateurs Bobby Stuckey and Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson and Chipotle Mexican Grill, opened its fourth restaurant - the first in Cincinnati - at 7800 Montgomery Road in the Kenwood Town Centre.
The casual eatery is based on Stuckey and Mackinnon-Patterson's five year old full-service pizzeria in Boulder, sister restaurant to Frasca Food and Wine. The goal at the pie shop in Cincinnati and at its other three existing locations is to incorporate the original's commitment to great ingredients with a fast-casual service model inspired by Chipotle.
As it does at its other outposts, Pizzeria Locale offers a menu that includes classic pizzas as well as the option for guests to create their own combinations. The restaurant also serves sides, including a hand-tossed salad, meatballs, and freshly sliced prosciutto. Red or white Italian wine, local beer, and coffee are also part of the offerings.
