Maria Empanada, a shrine to all pastries sweet and savory hailing from Argentina, will sprout a new location this summer inside the highly anticipated Stanley Marketplace. Owner Lorena Cantarovici, who moved her shop to South Broadway two years ago has joined the Stanley lineup of vendors that include outposts of Rosenberg's Bagels & Delicatessen, Comida, Denver Biscuit Company, and Sweet Cow Creamery.
At this new location, Cantarovici will occupy a 300-square-foot space from which she will sell her beloved empanadas stuffed with meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
The Stanley Marketplace is slated to open in July at 2501 Dallas Street in Aurora.
