The event will take place at Duo Restaurant (2413 West 32nd Avenue), and will feature appetizers from local restaurants - Duo , Rebel Restaurant, Il Porcellino Salumi, and Mondo Market paired with local fermented food producers These Things Take Time, Vibrant Veggies, and O'Zuke.
