Cultured Food Guild Hosts Party; Centro Launches Mole Festival

BOULDER — Centro Latin Kitchen is celebrating the incredible versatility and flavor of Mole with its very own festival on Thursday, March 24. Chef Dakota Coburn is inviting guest chefs Clint Myers from Zolo Grill and Jamey Fader from Lola Mexican Fish House into the Boulder kitchen to create their own takes on this Oaxacan classic. All three dishes will be served alongside a special Vago Mezcal pairing from bar manager Natalie Dodson.

LOHI — On Tuesday, March 22, The Cultured Food Guild is hosting a Fermented Foods Cocktail Party to raise funds to file as a non-profit organization with the IRS. The event will take place at Duo Restaurant (2413 West 32nd Avenue), and will feature appetizers from local restaurants - Duo , Rebel Restaurant, Il Porcellino Salumi, and Mondo Market paired with local fermented food producers These Things Take Time, Vibrant Veggies, and O'Zuke. Tickets, which cost $37.92 with fees, can be purchased online.
