Via Perla, a new restaurant brainchild of the Romano family and the Walnut Restaurant Group, will launch in Boulder on March 21. The team that also owns popular spots The Med and Brasserie Ten Ten, have allowed Eater a first look into the bright and shiny new space that includes antique accents, natural finishes, and a marble flooring and bar.
Next week, Via Perla will only serve dinner. Starting on March 28, an Italian-style happy hour, the merenda will be offered from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. A Sunday family-style supper that stretches from noon well into the evening will be lauched on April 3 while regular lunch service will begin April 11.
