Fish N Beer, an upcoming restaurant from Kevin Morrison who also owns Pinche Tacos, has announced that chef Aniedra Nichols has joined its team. Nichols spent the last nine years at Elway's Cherry Creek alongside chef Tyler Wiard and has received many accolades along the way.
"This is just such an incredible opportunity," says Nichols of the newly formed partnership. "I'm excited to be working with Kevin. A smaller, more intimate concept is definitely something that I've always wanted to return to and it's a chance for me to really cook again."
The casual restaurant that will open in a 1,500 square foot space at 3510 Larimer Street later this year will have a small plate and seasonal and value-driven approach. "It's a community oriented restaurant and our focus is going to be on giving the neighborhood great-casual service, exceptional food, and a delicious drink-program," owner Kevin Morrison shared.
