The first kombucha taproom to open in Denver, located at 3519 Brighton Boulevard, is packing up and moving to Edgewater, the Denver Post reported. Next month, Happy Leaf Kombucha will launch at 5700 W. 25th Avenue with an expanded taproom and an eatery featuring food curated by chefs Alex Figura and Spencer White, who consulted on the menu at Black Eye Coffee.
The new home of the kombucha maker is three times the size of its original location and it is set inside an old Masonic building just west of Sloan's Lake.
