Sneak Peek: Steuben's Arvada Opens on Wednesday

The cool and modern new diner launches with a fresh design and classic dishes

Uptown-born modern diner Steuben's is about to unveil its Arvada outpost. Designed by Xan Creative, the new spot located in an old Gunther Toody's space at 7355 Ralston Road builds on the history and appeal of its older sibling but has a strong personality of its own. Unique design elements range from the mesmerizing lit-up mirrors in the bathrooms to the varied light fixtures and swag display counter.

The menu brings many of the Americana favorites that chef Brandon Biederman made popular at the original location from the mac 'n cheese (pro tip: add green chili) to the lobster roll and Steubie snacks, but also unique additions like the crazy strawberry pop tart ice cream and signature cocktails like Ralston's Point.

Steuben's Arvada opens to the public on Wednesday, March 30 and will serve lunch and dinner daily.
