LODO — Cook Street School of Culinary Arts hosts a class in French Regional Cooking with a focus on cuisine from the Burgundy region Thursday, March 31. Study the ingredients that set Burgundian cuisine apart and learn how to create classic dishes along with three traditional wine pairings. Class runs from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and must be booked at least two days in advance online. Registration is $99 and can be secured here.

DOWNTOWN: THEATRE DISTRICT — Baur's Restaurant and Listening Lounge is hosting a Nose to Tail Dinner optimizing different parts of a whole pig as a part of its Sustainable Dinner Series. On March 31 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., five courses, including a charcuterie board and porchetta, will be accompanied with a cocktail or beer pairing. Tickets for the event are set at $75 (including tax and gratuity) and can be purchased here.

RINO — Nocturne restaurant, jazz club, and bar celebrates its one year anniversary until March 31 with 50% off champagne. Simply wish them a "happy first anniversary" when ordering any champagne by the bottle to apply the promotion. Featuring a recently revamped wine program and seasonal menu, the culinary program is anchored by an iconic jazz recordings-inspired "Renditions" tasting menu.
