New Orleans-inspired eatery Lucile's Creole Cafe opened a new location at 999 East Evans Avenue. Founded in Boulder in 1980, the beloved eatery quickly became a staple of the community with favorites like beignets, shrimp 'n grits, crawfish etoufee, and oyster po' boys.

The large space at this 6th location features classic brick walls, large windows bringing in natural light, dark wood floors, tables topped with old school dark red tablecloths, and a circular bar dotted with eclectic barstools.

The new spot is open for breakfast and lunch daily.
