Ace Launches Spring Menu; Mondays Rock at Humboldt Farm and Frasca

And Rioja's happy hour is a must.

UPTOWNAce Eat Serve and executive chef Jesse Moore launched a new spring menu chock full of vegan options. The lineup includes dishes like Buddha's Delight glass noodles and Burmese fried rice, among others. Make a note to save time for some games with friends or foes at the ping pong hall.

LODORioja relaunched its happy hour with the popular Sips and Snacks from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays through Friday. BOULDER Frasca Food & Wine hosts its weekly Monday Night Wine Dinner on April 11 with featured wines selected by the Frasca team. The event usually occurs only once a year as experts attempt to craft the best food and wine experience. Participants can weigh in and let the teams know who did best. A four course prix fixe dinner is offered every Monday for $50 per person. Optional wine pairings range between $40 and $50. Reservations can be made at 303.442.6966 and walk-ins are also welcome.
