On Wednesday, April 13, Lola Mexican Fish House will bring together friends and family for a culinary adventure celebrating Brent's Place, a local nonprofit that provides a safe, clean, and healthy home away from home for young cancer patients and their families. Chef Jamey Fader gathered some of Denver's top chefs into his home kitchen to create a one of a kind menu for the event.
Guests will sample dishes prepared in a variety of styles by some of Colorado's most talented chefs, including Paul Reilly of Beast + Bottle, Alex Seidel, Fruition and Mercantile Dining & Provision, and Brandon Biederman, Ace and Steuben's. Each course will be paired with wines and guests will get the chance to meet the chefs behind each dish. There will be live music by local LoHi favorite The Congress, as well as a silent auction and a raffle with some incredible prizes, including 50 bottles of wine!
Since Dos Casas started in 2008, it has helped to raise over $240,000 for Brent's place, effectively helping over 2,000 families find a home away from home while their kids get the medical treatment that they need.
Tickets for the event, which cost $186, can be purchased online.
