Nixon's Coffee House Coming to Platte Park Neighborhood

With two locations already under its belt in Englewood and Littleton, Nixon's Coffee House is making its way to the quaint Platte Park neighborhood. The corner retail space is tucked into the ground floor of a four-story apartment building alongside Berriegood Co. at 695 E. Louisiana Avenue. Owner Brad Nixon plans to open by end of May, as remaining permits have only just been finalized.

Eyeing this space for more than two years, Nixon intends to provide coffee fiends a community vibe with cozy decor. There is Kaladi Coffee plus Nixon's own brand, Share Good Foods, as well as panini sandwiches, baked goods, oatmeal, salads, and other pre-made items that can be taken to go or prepped to stay.

Because the new location is without its own dedicated parking lot, the easily walkable area encourages patrons to leave their cars  behind.
