BOULDER— Downtown Boulder's Taste of Pearl returns for a seventh year of commemorating the eclectic foodie scene. On April 17 at 2 p.m. - rain, snow, or shine, Downtown Boulder Inc partners with restaurants like Flagstaff House, Frasca Food & Wine, and SALT the Bistro along with Art + Soul Gallery, Ku Cha House of Tea and others.
