Art Opening at Baur's; Spring Menu and a Deal at EDGE

DOWNTOWN— The Edge Restaurant and Bar launched its spring menu April 7 and now through April 21 is featuring a 20% discount of the entire bill. The restaurant is located at the Four Seasons Hotel and reservations are required.

DOWNTOWN— Baur's Restaurant and Listening Lounge hosts its first art opening featuring Adam Buehler free and open to the public on April 20. From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., enjoy appetizers and champagne with a portion of the proceeds benefitting Buehler's chosen nonprofit, Reach Studio at Redline Gallery.

FORT COLLINS— New Belgium goes back to its roots to celebrate its 25th birthday for the 2016 Lips of Faith offerings. New Belgium teams up with four Belgium breweries to release quarterly beers full of flavor and originality. Set releases include the Hof ten Dormaal Golden Ale and Anne-Françoise Spiced Dark Strong Ale.

ALAMO PLACITA— Table 6 hosts Cooper Mountain Winery for a four-course paired wine dinner on Tuesday, April 19. For $75 per person, enjoy wines including  a 2014 Cooper Mountain Pinot Gris and Cooper Mountain Terroirs Old Vine from 2012. The dinner starts at 6 p.m. and space is limited.
