Some old school historical brews are in the works

Set at 3610 West Colfax Avenue, Seedstock Brewing opened its doors to the public, Westword reported. Owned by Ron and Jason Abbott, the new brewery and tap room currently has six  beers on tap for its guests: an IPA, a kolsch, an amber, a milk stout, a trippel, and a hefeweizen.

In the coming weeks, specialty lagers with an Eastern-European influence will start to be rolled out, including a Bohemian dunkel and an aged Vienna lager, plus historic styles, including a polotmavé and a broyhan, that date back to the 1500s.
