BOULDER — Roadhouse Boulder Depot Restaurant has partnered with the Boulder Mountainbike Alliance (BMA) to raise funds for healthy activities with the BMA Burger. For every burger ordered, $1 goes to the namesake organization; add a "bike beer" or a "bike wine" and add another dollar to the cause. The BMA Burger is made with Colorado hormone-free beef, bacon-onion apple jam, applewood bacon, Brie, and arugula served on a brioche bun. The fundraiser's progress will be tracked on Boulder Depot and BMA's websites and social media accounts.
CAPIITOL HILL— Fire Restaurant at the Art Hotel launches a new Spring menu. New additions to the dinner menu include a pork belly "bonbons" with apple mustard and radish and a certified Angus beef filet oscar with blue crab and broccolini, béarnaise.
HIGHLAND — Revelry Kitchen's spring dinner sprouts on Wednesday, April 27. The five-course paired wine dinner includes an introductory Spring Harvest Plate and three courses before dessert as a part of a featured menu prepared by sous chef Victoria Sochinska. Tickets are $70 per person and can be purchased in person or online.
DOWNTOWN — The traveling 2016 Whiskey Extravaganza comes to Denver on April 28 at the Brown Palace Hotel. The connoisseur's evening features over 120 international and select malts along with epicurean food, a premium imported cigar, and souvenir snifter glasses.
