PROSPECT PARK— TOKIO premieres "Men in Black," a summer ramen, on April 1 for a limited time. The dish is a three shrimp tempura in a cold, soy fish-based broth complete with of olive oil. "Men," the Japanese word for "noodle" and the dark hue of the soy-based broth inspire the dish's name.
